Every front, colour and material in the collection has been hand-picked to work together – from the turn-of-the-century apartment to the newly built family kitchen. You choose the feel – we design the kitchen around your room, whether it's a kitchen renovation or a new home, and take care of the whole process right up to delivery.

What you get with a Core kitchen

Made in Germany

Cabinets, fronts and side panels made in Germany and quality-certified to the German RAL standards for furniture – with Blum hinges and sturdy full-extension steel drawers.

Personal design in 3D

Your own kitchen designer who designs the kitchen around your room and your habits and shows the result in 3D, so you can see layout, storage and materials before anything is ordered.

Made-to-measure cabinets

Cabinets in many heights, widths and depths that can be shortened in width and depth – so the kitchen fills alcoves, sloping ceilings and uneven walls to the centimetre.

Four curated series

Matt fronts, warm wood textures, velvety matt lacquer and classic framed doors – in colours we have chosen because they work together and stand the test of time.

The details that elevate

We choose worktops, handles, lighting and smart interior fittings together – or we design a completely handleless kitchen with integrated grips.

Design and delivery

We check the order against the drawing before it goes to the factory, coordinate the delivery and remain available for service even once the kitchen is in place.

Soft Touch

Matt lacquered fronts with a velvety surface and a deep, exclusive colour expression – from light shades to deep graphite. The surface has an anti-fingerprint treatment, so fingerprints barely show and the fronts stay looking their best in everyday life – for those who want the kitchen to be the calm, luxurious centrepiece of the room.

Classic Frame

Shaker-style framed doors that give the kitchen architecture and character. Just as natural in a turn-of-the-century apartment in Östermalm as in a new build – in muted, modern colours.

The details that tie the kitchen together

The carcase shows in open shelves, glass cabinets and side panels – and the worktop is the surface you use every day. Both are chosen to work with the fronts, and your designer helps you find a combination that lasts.

You don't need to know everything about kitchens. You tell us how you live – we suggest series, colour and layout and show you the result in 3D before you decide. We meet in our studio in Vasastan or online.

Questions and answers about Core Collection

What is included in a Core Collection kitchen?

You get your own kitchen designer who designs the kitchen around your room and shows it in 3D, cabinets and fronts made in Germany, Blum hinges and full-extension steel drawers with soft close. Before the order goes to the factory we check it against the drawing, and we coordinate the delivery. Worktop, handles, lighting and appliances are chosen together based on what you need.

How much does a Core Collection kitchen cost?

Our kitchens start at SEK 75,000. Where your kitchen ends up depends on its size, the number of cabinets and drawers and which fronts and worktop you choose. After a free consultation we prepare a design proposal and a clear quote for your room.

Where are Core Collection kitchens made?

Cabinets, fronts and side panels are made in Germany. The kitchens are quality-certified to the German RAL furniture standards (Golden M) and “Möbel Made in Germany”, and the wood is PEFC-certified.

Can a Core kitchen be adapted to the room like a bespoke kitchen?

Yes. The carcasses come in seven base cabinet heights and many widths and depths, and the cabinets can be shortened in width and depth. This means the kitchen can follow alcoves, sloping ceilings and uneven walls with the same fit as a bespoke kitchen.

Which fronts and colours are available in Core Collection?

The collection has four series: Pure Matt with smooth, matt fronts, Wood Compose with oak decors in vertical or horizontal grain, Soft Touch with velvety, anti-fingerprint matt lacquer and Classic Frame with Shaker-style framed doors. Each series has a selection of colours chosen to work together.

Is Core Collection suitable for a kitchen renovation in an older apartment?

Yes, several of our Core kitchens are in turn-of-the-century apartments in Stockholm. Classic Frame suits an older setting beautifully, and the made-to-measure cabinets make it easier to deal with high ceilings, alcoves and walls that aren't completely straight.

What is the difference between Core Collection and Atelier Collection?

Core Collection is a carefully selected range in four series with high quality and clear choices. Atelier Collection from Ballerina-Küchen offers even greater freedom of materials, with lacquer in any RAL or Sikkens colour, real wood veneer and Legrabox drawers as standard. We help you choose the line that suits your home and your budget.
